Welcome to Flytogate.com (“Flytogate”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.Flytogate.com, including bookings for flights, hotels, accommodation and other travel-related products and services made available through our website.
By accessing our website or completing a booking through Flytogate.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or complete a booking.
1. About Flytogate
Flytogate.com is an online travel booking platform operated by:
- Company Name: SAYA Sverige
- Registration Number: 199008159593
- Registered Address: Stallgatan 13A - Upplands Vasby
- Country of Registration: Sweden
- Customer Support Email: support@flytogate.com
Flytogate provides customers with access to travel products and services supplied by third-party travel providers, which may include airlines, hotels, accommodation providers, travel wholesalers, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), bed banks and other travel service providers (“Travel Providers”).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Flytogate acts as an intermediary between the customer and the relevant Travel Provider. The actual flight, hotel stay or other travel service is provided by the applicable Travel Provider and may be subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using Flytogate.com or completing a booking, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- you are at least 18 years old;
- all information provided by you is true, complete and accurate;
- you are authorized to make the booking and payment;
- if booking on behalf of other travelers, you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf; and
- you accept the applicable terms and conditions of the Travel Provider.
These Terms apply together with any specific fare rules, cancellation policies, hotel conditions and other supplier rules displayed during the booking process.
3. Travel Provider Terms
Flights, hotel rooms and other travel services available through Flytogate may be supplied by independent Travel Providers. Each Travel Provider may have its own rules regarding matters including:
- cancellations;
- refunds;
- booking changes;
- baggage;
- check-in;
- seat selection;
- no-shows;
- name corrections;
- children and infants;
- hotel check-in and check-out;
- deposits;
- security deposits;
- resort or destination fees; and
- other travel requirements.
By completing a booking, you agree to comply with the applicable Travel Provider’s terms. Where there is a conflict regarding the actual provision of a flight, hotel stay or other travel service, the applicable Travel Provider’s conditions may apply subject to mandatory consumer law.
4. Booking Process
When you submit a booking request through Flytogate.com, you are requesting that we arrange the selected travel service on your behalf. A booking is not considered fully confirmed until:
- payment has been successfully authorized or received;
- the booking has been accepted by the relevant Travel Provider; and
- a booking confirmation, ticket number, hotel voucher or other confirmation has been issued.
An acknowledgement that we have received your booking request does not necessarily mean that the booking has been confirmed. If we are unable to confirm the requested service, we will normally attempt to notify you and arrange the appropriate refund for amounts collected for the unavailable service.
5. Passenger and Guest Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all traveler information entered during the booking process is correct. For flight bookings, passenger names must normally match the traveler’s passport or other accepted travel document exactly.
Flytogate is not responsible for problems resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including:
- incorrect passenger names;
- incorrect dates of birth;
- incorrect passport details;
- incorrect travel dates;
- incorrect email addresses;
- incorrect telephone numbers; or
- incorrect destinations.
Corrections may be subject to airline or Travel Provider rules and may incur additional charges. Some airlines do not permit passenger name changes.
6. Prices
Prices displayed on Flytogate.com are based on information received from Travel Providers and booking systems. Travel prices and availability can change rapidly. A displayed price is therefore not guaranteed until the booking has been successfully confirmed.
The total price shown during checkout may include, depending on the booking:
- airfare or room rate;
- applicable taxes;
- airline or hotel charges;
- booking or service fees;
- payment processing fees;
- selected baggage;
- selected seats;
- optional travel services; and
- other applicable charges.
Any mandatory charges known to us and required to complete the booking will be presented during the booking process where required by applicable law. Certain hotels or destinations may charge additional amounts directly at the property, such as city taxes, tourism taxes, resort fees, security deposits or incidental charges. Where applicable, these charges will be disclosed during the booking process when the information is provided to us by the Travel Provider.
7. Price and Availability Changes
Airline fares, hotel rates and availability are dynamic and may change between the time you conduct a search and the time your booking is confirmed. If the selected price or service becomes unavailable before confirmation, Flytogate may:
- offer the updated price;
- offer an alternative travel option; or
- cancel the booking request and refund the amount collected for the unavailable booking.
We will not charge an increased price without obtaining authorization where required.
8. Payments
Bookings must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Depending on the booking, payment may be collected by:
- Flytogate;
- the Travel Provider;
- an authorized payment processor; or
- another authorized travel booking partner.
You authorize the relevant party to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds or credit are available. Your bank or card provider may impose additional charges, including currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. These charges are outside Flytogate’s control.
9. Currency Conversion
Prices may be displayed in different currencies for convenience. Where currency conversion is provided, exchange rates may vary between the time of booking and the time the transaction is processed. Your bank, payment provider or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and additional currency conversion fees. Flytogate is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or charges imposed independently by your bank or payment provider.
10. Flight Bookings
Flight bookings are subject to the fare conditions and conditions of carriage of the relevant airline. Depending on the fare purchased, tickets may be:
- refundable;
- partially refundable;
- non-refundable;
- changeable with a fee;
- changeable only by paying a fare difference; or
- completely non-changeable.
Customers should review the applicable fare rules before completing a booking. Flight schedules may be changed by airlines after booking. The operating airline remains responsible for operating the flight and for airline-controlled matters such as schedule changes, cancellations, delays and operational disruptions, subject to applicable passenger-rights legislation.
11. Baggage
Baggage allowances vary according to airline, route, cabin class and fare type. Some fares may include only a small personal item or cabin baggage and may not include checked baggage. Customers are responsible for reviewing the baggage allowance associated with their booking before purchasing. Additional baggage purchased after the original booking may be subject to additional airline charges and Flytogate service fees, where applicable.
12. Flight Schedule Changes and Cancellations
Airlines may change flight times, flight numbers, aircraft, routes, airports or schedules, or may cancel flights. Flytogate does not control airline operations. Where we receive notification of a significant schedule change or cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer using the contact information provided in the booking.
Depending on the airline’s rules and applicable passenger-rights legislation, the customer may be eligible for:
- an alternative flight;
- rebooking;
- travel credit; or
- a refund.
The final options available are generally determined by the airline and applicable law.
13. Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are subject to the conditions displayed during booking and the rules of the applicable hotel or accommodation provider. Customers should review:
- cancellation deadlines;
- refundable / non-refundable conditions;
- check-in requirements;
- minimum check-in age;
- occupancy restrictions;
- meal inclusions;
- room type;
- taxes;
- local fees; and
- security deposit requirements.
Hotel star ratings and descriptions may be provided by Travel Providers, hotels or other third-party sources and may vary between countries and rating systems.
14. Hotel Cancellations and No-Shows
Hotel cancellation conditions vary according to the selected property and rate. Certain rates may allow free cancellation until a specified deadline. Other rates may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable.
If a guest does not arrive at the property and has not cancelled according to the applicable cancellation conditions, the booking may be considered a no-show, and some or all of the booking amount may be forfeited. The cancellation policy displayed during booking forms part of your booking conditions.
15. Changes Requested by the Customer
Requests to change a booking are subject to availability and the rules of the relevant Travel Provider. Changes may include:
- travel dates;
- flight times;
- passenger details;
- hotel dates;
- room types;
- baggage;
- seats; or
- other booking details.
The customer may be required to pay:
- any airline, hotel or Travel Provider change fee;
- any difference in fare or price; and
- any applicable Flytogate service or handling fee disclosed before the change is completed.
Submitting a change request does not guarantee that the requested change can be made.
16. Customer Cancellations
Cancellation eligibility depends on the conditions attached to the purchased travel service. Some bookings are non-refundable. Where cancellation is permitted, the refund may be reduced by:
- airline cancellation penalties;
- hotel cancellation penalties;
- Travel Provider fees;
- amounts already consumed or used;
- non-refundable ancillary products; and
- Flytogate service or processing fees, where disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
Before requesting cancellation, customers should review the cancellation conditions associated with their booking.
17. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by:
- the applicable fare or hotel conditions;
- the Travel Provider’s rules;
- the reason for cancellation;
- applicable passenger or consumer protection laws; and
- whether the relevant service has already been used.
Where Flytogate processes a refund on behalf of a Travel Provider, the refund may depend on Flytogate first receiving the refundable amount from that provider, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Once approved and received where applicable, Flytogate will process the refund to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or legally permitted.
Bank and card processing times may vary. Flytogate is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks, card issuers or payment providers after a refund has been properly issued.
18. Service and Handling Fees
Flytogate may charge service or handling fees for certain services, including:
- booking assistance;
- voluntary cancellations;
- voluntary flight changes;
- refund processing;
- name correction requests;
- special assistance; or
- other post-booking services.
Where applicable, the amount of the fee will be disclosed before the customer confirms the relevant transaction or service. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, Flytogate service fees already earned for services performed may be non-refundable.
19. No-Shows
If you fail to check in or use a flight, hotel booking or other travel service without properly cancelling it, you may be treated as a no-show. Airlines may automatically cancel remaining flight segments if an earlier flight segment is not used. Customers should therefore contact Flytogate or the relevant Travel Provider as soon as possible if they do not intend to use part of their itinerary. Refunds for no-shows are subject to the Travel Provider’s applicable rules.
20. Passports, Visas and Travel Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet all requirements for their journey. This includes obtaining and maintaining valid:
- passports;
- visas;
- transit visas;
- residence permits;
- entry permits;
- health documentation;
- vaccination documentation; and
- any other documents required by the destination or transit country.
Customers are also responsible for checking entry, transit and immigration requirements before travel. Flytogate does not guarantee that a customer will be permitted to enter or transit through any country. Failure to obtain required documentation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
21. Check-In
Customers are responsible for checking in according to the airline’s requirements. Some airlines require online check-in before arriving at the airport and may charge additional fees for airport check-in or boarding-pass printing. Customers should verify check-in requirements directly with the operating airline before departure.
22. Travel Insurance
We recommend that customers consider obtaining appropriate travel insurance. Travel insurance may provide protection for certain events such as:
- trip cancellation;
- medical emergencies;
- lost baggage;
- travel delays; and
- other unexpected circumstances.
Any insurance offered through Flytogate is subject to the separate terms and conditions of the applicable insurance provider.
23. Third-Party Travel Providers
Flytogate may use third-party technology providers, GDS systems, airlines, hotel wholesalers, bed banks, accommodation providers and other booking partners to provide travel inventory. Flytogate is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent Travel Providers except to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded. Travel Providers remain responsible for providing the travel services they have contracted to provide.
24. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate booking information;
- reviewing booking details before payment;
- checking confirmation documents after booking;
- reviewing fare and cancellation conditions;
- checking passport and visa requirements;
- monitoring flight schedules;
- arriving at airports and hotels on time;
- complying with airline and hotel rules; and
- contacting Flytogate promptly if an error is discovered.
Customers should immediately notify Flytogate if booking documents contain incorrect information.
25. Fraud and Payment Verification
Flytogate reserves the right to conduct reasonable fraud-prevention and payment-verification procedures. We may request additional information to verify:
- the identity of the cardholder;
- the identity of the traveler;
- the validity of the payment method; or
- the legitimacy of the transaction.
A booking may be suspended or cancelled if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment or misuse of our services.
26. Website Information
We aim to provide accurate and current travel information. However, much of the information displayed on Flytogate.com is supplied by third parties. This may include:
- prices;
- availability;
- flight schedules;
- hotel descriptions;
- photographs;
- facilities;
- room descriptions; and
- baggage information.
While we take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all third-party information will always be completely accurate, current or error-free.
27. Technical Errors and Obvious Pricing Errors
Occasionally, technical problems or incorrect data supplied by a third party may cause an incorrect price, availability status or description to appear on the website. Where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, Flytogate reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to correct the error before the booking is confirmed.
If payment has already been collected but the booking cannot lawfully or reasonably be confirmed at the erroneous price, we may offer the customer the correct price or cancel the affected booking and issue the appropriate refund.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flytogate will not be liable for losses resulting solely from acts or omissions outside our reasonable control, including those of independent Travel Providers. These may include:
- airline delays or cancellations;
- denied boarding;
- airline operational decisions;
- hotel overbooking;
- strikes;
- weather conditions;
- natural disasters;
- political unrest;
- government restrictions;
- airport closures;
- immigration decisions;
- epidemics or pandemics;
- force majeure events; or
- failures of third-party systems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
29. Force Majeure
Flytogate will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. These events may include natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, airport closures, airspace restrictions, internet failures, major system outages or similar extraordinary circumstances. This provision does not affect any mandatory rights the customer may have under applicable law.
30. Intellectual Property
The Flytogate name, website design, logos, graphics, software, text and other original content owned by Flytogate are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, sell or commercially exploit Flytogate-owned content without prior written permission. We reserve the right to restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
32. Privacy
Personal information collected through Flytogate.com will be processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Certain personal information may need to be shared with airlines, hotels, Travel Providers, payment processors, technology providers and government authorities where necessary to complete or administer a booking or comply with legal requirements. Customers should review the Flytogate Privacy Policy before completing a booking.

- booking confirmations;

Where the complaint relates directly to the operation of a flight, hotel or other Travel Provider service, we may refer or assist in referring the matter to the relevant Travel Provider.
35. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to the customer. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Flytogate.com will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, except where applicable consumer law gives the customer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
36. Changes to These Terms
Flytogate may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on Flytogate.com together with the date of the latest revision. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, bookings already completed will generally remain subject to the Terms applicable when the booking was made.
37. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
